Harvest Thanksgiving in Kiltyclogher
Harvest Thanksgiving was held in Kiltyclogher Church on Sunday 13th October. The large congregation from the local community and further afield were welcomed by the Rector, Rev. Ngozi. The choir sang two anthems, ‘Surely, Goodness and Mercy’ and ‘Mansion Over the Hilltop’. They were accompanied by Joy Graham who was the organist. The Bible readings were read by Dot Barlow and Laura Thompson.
Rev. Ngozi congratulated two choirs members, Austin and Sadie Acheson on their Ruby Wedding Anniversary, and marked the occasion by singing a solo of the Dutch Version of ‘Congratulations’.
A delicious supper was served in the Community Centre after the service.
